I got to class early yesterday so I decided to sit and have a coffee. I was doing some writing when I looked up to see people gathering in the streets. I could feel the energy so I decided to make my way down to see what the commotion was about.
I stopped and asked a sweet lady, Julia, what was happening. She was thrilled to tell me that the last day of the Fiesta de San Miguel, the saint of Las Rozas and that as per tradition there was a running of the bulls. Below are some images I made of the event. I wasn't going to bring my camera to class but I'm so glad I did. I only had my 50mm 1.8 with me but I think I still managed to get some good shots!
